Consistency Required.

If you make it fun, purpose to practice, and start small you can get your kids to rest peacefully every day!

After we failed to train nap time into our oldest son’s life, we changed our tactics. After grilling veteran moms, reading parenting “how to get your children to sleep” and realizing I had to be the one to train my kids to sleep, Naptime Training was born.

Not every child needs to sleep 2 hours every afternoon. But… They do need to rest.

Training your kids to rest, sleep, and eventually play quietly independently for a block of time helps them be healthier, develop patience, cultivate creativity, and enjoy stronger independence. Preview

With a plan and consistency, you can help ease your children into a consistent rest/nap time routine.
