An easily overlooked area of teaching kids at home is homeschool mom fitness.

We sit, read, teach, cook, and clean as we raise our kids.

But if we’re not careful, our fitness level will get worse overtime.

Because it’s so easy to simply do the next thing and neglect ourselves.
