Teenage drivers feel invincible. 

Many teens feel they can answer or send a quick text message with speed, skill, and accuracy while staying safe behind the wheel. The tragic reality is that even taking their eyes off the road for 1 second has cost too many kids their lives.

Teach the dangers of texting and driving to teens with this hands on game and group activity.

Game Play: 2 hours or spread out over two sessions

Materials needed:

  • This Activity Pack (printables prepared in advance)
  • Stopwatch
  • Cell Phones
  • Teens who love to text
  • Measuring tape

Phase one- 30 Minutes

Phase two- 30 Minutes

Phase Three- 60 minutes

This game is fast, fun and shocking. It helps deliver the message that any texting is too costly.

It is quite a rude awakening. Our kids need to understand the dangers of texting and driving, and this game helps do that without endangering their lives.
