Here is a quick glimpse at notebooking.

We are studying Greek history at the moment. The boys each have their own segment of ancient Greek history to discover and share with one another.

The youngest gets to share about Greek art.

First we explored videos, images and books about Greek art. (We discovered that Greeks loved nakedness!)

He chose a notebooking template that would allow him to highlight 3 different aspects of Greek Art.

We always do internet work together, for safety and accountability.

He found three images that represented the different aspects of art he enjoyed most.

Print, cut, paste!

Lastly, he dictated to me what he liked most about each image and we used those thoughts as copywork on the template lines.

Voila!
Notebooking.

For this exercise, munchkin chose one of the free templates. Grab a few free samples here: http://notebookingpages.com/free-resource-center
